1. Accounts and identity
Fake accounts, impersonation, account sharing, bypassing verification or restrictions and unauthorized use of another person's data are prohibited.
2. Listings and documents
Stolen or unauthorized equipment, misleading information, images or prices, forgery and concealment of a known material defect are prohibited.
3. Conduct and communications
Harassment, threats, hate, discrimination, extortion, spam, malicious links and unauthorized publication of personal data are prohibited.
4. Payments and ratings
Unauthorized payments, fraudulent chargebacks, false payment or refund evidence, rating manipulation and retaliation for genuine reviews are prohibited.
5. Security and automation
Unauthorized vulnerability testing, disruption, malware, scraping, bots and automated accounts that harm the service or evade controls are prohibited.
6. Data and privacy
Do not collect, sell or reuse user data outside a transaction, request passwords, card data or CVV, or monitor people without a lawful basis.
7. Intellectual property
Trademark or copyright infringement, unlicensed uploads, and copying or reverse engineering are prohibited except where restriction is unlawful.
8. Enforcement and reporting
Heavyar may remove content, restrict features or accounts, preserve evidence or refer matters to authorities proportionately to risk and subject to statutory rights. Report with minimum necessary data.
