1. Current status
Nafath is not active in the current iOS release, which does not collect a national ID, passport or government identity document. An ordinary account is not government verification.
2. Business information
Submitted commercial-registration or business data is ordinary business information unless Heavyar displays a specific badge after a disclosed process.
3. Badge scope
A badge means only that the named information or document was checked under the available process at a point in time. Identity does not replace an activity licence or operating card.
4. What a badge does not mean
A badge is not government endorsement, a safety, solvency, conduct or transaction guarantee, or a Heavyar recommendation.
5. Validity and revocation
A document may expire or change. Heavyar may request an update, suspend or revoke a badge for expiry, inconsistency or suspicion with appropriate review.
6. Future features
This Policy does not promise Nafath, government-ID or bank-data collection. Any new feature requires appropriate disclosures and controls before activation.
7. Reporting
Report outdated or misleading information or badges to support without publishing documents. A badge never prevents checking with the issuer or authority.
